Our Story

Tea Lady began as a personal herbalism practice for Katie Brannock in her tiny Brooklyn apartment. She began making herbal blends to support her body and her community, never imagining how far they would travel.

When Sweet Spot (aka WAP) Powder went viral on Instagram, Tea Lady shifted from a personal passion into a community of over 300k people seeking to heal from the trauma of grind culture, patriarchy, and the myth of limitless growth within a finite system.

As we grow, we are committed to the original intention and values Tea Lady was built on:

1. Herbal medicine belongs to the people.
The practice of working with healing herbs was created by and for community. It should not be gatekept by patriarchal systems or priced out of our hands.

2. Women deserve care without shame.
We deserve access to tools, education, and an understanding of our personal health that isn’t rooted in fear, control, or moral judgment.

3. Our bodies are not problems to be fixed.
The blends we create are not meant to “correct” or override the body, but to support our collective capacity for joy, vitality, and the ability to thrive mentally, emotionally, and physically.

These blends are a love letter from our heart to yours, made with care, shared with intention, and offered as tools - not solutions.

We hope they support you.
