Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at care@tealadybk.com within 7 days of delivery. When reaching out, please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.
Approved issues will be resolved with a replacement or refund. We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase!
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Orders placed in error
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Items held, refused, or returned by customs
