When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Domestic (U.S.) transit times: typically 1–5 business days
- International orders: transit times vary by destination
We primarily ship domestic orders via USPS. DHL is used for international shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship to Canada, Australia, Mexico, and the UK.
We’re actively working on expanding international shipping and hope to offer additional destinations soon 💖
How much is shipping?
United States
- Free shipping on orders $75 USD and over
- USPS calculated rates for orders under $75 depending on distance and weight
International
- International shipping via DHL typically costs approximately $25 USD
- Shipping costs, taxes and duties are calculated at checkout and are dependent on the specific destination
Where is my package?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it yet, it may still be on the delivery truck or awaiting final scan. Please allow up to 3 business days before reaching out. If your order still hasn’t arrived after that window, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first.
For international orders, please note:
- Packages may be held by your local customs office
- Customers are responsible for responding to customs requests
- We are not able to replace orders that go unclaimed or are held or returned by customs
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout, as customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery information.
If you notice an error, contact us at care@tealadybk.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
