How to Use

Powder Directions: Add 1-2 tsp to your smoothie, latte, juice, or beverage of choice. Stir in thoroughly, sip and relax!

Tea Directions: Our herbal teas are meant to be steeped or simmered into water. Steep 1-2 Tbsp in 8oz of hot water for 5-15 minutes, strain, and sweeten to taste.

Cocoa Directions: Stir 1-3 tsp in 8oz of warm milk until fully dissolved and sweeten to taste.

Safety & Dosage

Adaptogenic herbs work best when taken consistently over time. Start with a few times a week, and if that feels good you can up to a daily dose or cut back if needed! Always listen to your body as a guide *first* as herbs are powerful and effect every body differently.
