Cacao: Antioxidant rich cacao helps to soothe oxidative stress and inflammation in the body. Contains healthy fats and other compounds that can "increase the levels of the hormones serotonin and dopamine in your brain, which impacts your mood."
Burdock Root: Known as a purifying herb, Burdock is an adaptogen native to New York that encourages the cleansing of toxins, excess hormones, and waste, from the body.
