Follicular Phase Tea is crafted to support the Follicular Phase of your cycle (typically the 7–10 days after your period ends) when energy naturally starts to rise. Our favorite antioxidant, vitamin and mineral rich herbs to replenish the body after a bleed are blended with energizing adaptogens to support mental clarity, memory and focus. 

It's bounce-back o'clock.

Hibiscus Flower – Lush, vibrant, and bold. Hibiscus brings the color and the energy to match your body's natural rise - rich in antioxidants, it helps hydrate and support your freshest self.

Nettle – Replenishing the minerals and nutrients your body just spent on your bleed, so you can come back fully stocked and ready.

Red Clover – An estrogen-supportive flower for rising hormones, regulating the menstrual cycle and increasing circulation to the skin and womb as it works.

Tulsi (Holy Basil) – An adaptogen that's been supporting human minds for centuries. Helps your nervous system handle the load so your creative brain can do its best, most expansive thinking. Used to support focus, mental clarity, and lifted energy levels.

Calendula – A gorgeous yellow flower to unlock your main character energy with a boost of joy, confidence, and radiant solar vibes. 

Elderflower – Bright, delicate, and lightly honeyed, with calming properties that round out this sunny blend.

Directions: Steep 1–2 Tbsp of loose herbs in hot water for 5–10 minutes, strain & sip ✨ (we recommend a bucket tea infuser for straining!)
