Hayley Williams runs on Tea Lady! This blend was specially designed to to keep Hayley  feeling grounded, hydrated, energized, and calm through the fast pace of tour life - and to tend to the connection between the throat, vocal cords, and pelvic floor. A blend of herbs that nurture and support the magical line of fascia that connects the seat of Intuition (pelvic floor) to expression (throat + voice). 

But you don’t have to be on stage to enjoy it. Steep My Sunshine is your everyday ritual for finding a little brightness and balance in the middle of whatever your day holds.

Chamomile – Our golden queen. Helps soothe and center the mind when things get busy.
Calendula – Main character energy. Bright yellow buds that encourage joy, confidence, and radiant solar vibes.
Marshmallow Leaf – Naturally hydrating and soothing to the most delicate soft tissues of the body - perfect for keeping Hayley’s golden pipes stage-ready (and great for anyone who uses their voice all day).
Lemon Balm – A gentle mood-boosting herb that helps keep happy chemicals flowing.
Elderflower – Bright, delicate, and lightly honeyed, with calming properties that round out this sunny blend.

Directions: Steep 1–2 Tbsp of loose herbs in hot water for 5–10 minutes, strain & sip ✨ (we recommend a bucket tea infuser for straining!)
